The Payroll Professionals acknowledge and agree that a duty is owed to our clients to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by our clients or obtained by The Payroll Professionals in connection with its services. Any Confidential Information obtained by The Payroll Professionals shall not be disclosed to any third person, including employees of The Payroll Professionals who do not need Confidential Information. The Payroll Professionals shall limit the dissemination of the Confidential Information within its own organization to such individuals whose duties justify the need to know the Confidential Information, and then only provided that there is a clear understanding by such individuals of their obligation to maintain the confidential and proprietary nature of the Confidential Information.
